Web Site Development
Creation of a home page or website for a real estate company, builder, lender, title company, attorney or other affiliated service provider varies widely depending upon industry-specific needs. Most of our sites are quoted per job on a contracted basis rather than a per page amount.
Basic Rates and sample recommendations are as follows:

Additional fees apply if we host your site on our server. Pages can be hosted on the server of your choice. Databases should run on our server for ease of programming and reduced expense, but it is not required.
Maintenance Fees: HTML and programming are based on $50-100/hr,. depending on specifics of job. The following are examples of possible content for the large sites we create:

Request Volume Builder Rates: See Barratt American for an example of these large builder sites. These are very large sites and above prices do not apply. Each of these sites range from $20,000-35,000.00 and have databases.
Custom Builder: Price determined upon requirements.
Lenders, Title Companies, & Other Service Providers
Possible inclusions in Lender site:

Custom databases for the real estate industry are one of our specialties. We have built custom databases for builders, property services, associations and NAR affiliates and chapters. Price quote per customer requirements.
- Additional photos or graphic such as floorplans are $10.00 per scan.
- An additional text-only page is $100.00 to produce.
- Custom graphics - $90.00/hour design
- Custom photography is $350 per house
- All text, photos and graphics are supplied by customer
- Full page is equivalent to one 8.5 x 11.5 sheet of paper or one page down on the computer monitor of 640x480 14" monitor.
- All fees are payable one-half at the beginning of the project, with remainder upon completion unless quarterly maintenance fees apply.
- Listing ads are paid in full at time of placement
- Contract prices on an annual basis cannot be raised during the annual contract period. However, if additional custom requirements change the basis of the contract, then additional fees apply.
- All information given to us by customer becomes the property of Internet Media Works! and the Austin Real Estate Connection or COMMREX and will not be returned without special agreement.
- All materials produced by us and placed on the Internet via the WWW are copyrighted by Internet Media Works!
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. All fees are plus sales tax (for Texas customers where applicable) and are subject to late charges equal to 1.5% daily of unpaid balance.
