Site Sponsorships & Banner Advertising

Sponsorships and monthly advertising are available in any section of the Austin Real Estate Connection or the Austin Commercial Real Estate Exchange (WWW.COMMREX.COM).

Sponsorship Rates

Austin Real Estate Connection
15% discount for full payment in advance.

• Front Page Sponsorship - $1,500 annually
• Residential Page Sponsorship - $1,000 annually
• Builder Connection - $1,500 annually
• Lender Page Sponsorship - $1,500 annually
• Mortgage Calculator Sponsorship - $500 annually
• Other interior page sponsorship - $500 annually
• Search Result page sponsorship - $500 annually
• Rotation Banner advertising at other locations within the site - $250 per month, minimum of 3 months, payable in advance.
• Rotation Tile advertising at other locations within the site - $150 per month, minimum of six months, payable in two equal installments at the beginning of each quarter.

Definitions

Site Sponsorships
You may sponsor the front page or a specific section of a site. Your banner or tile will appear in a primary location on that page and advertisement on each page will be exclusive for each industry. (i.e., only one builder or lender at a time may sponsor a section of the site)

Banner & Tile Advertising
This kind of advertisement requires less in terms of financial commitment and is based on banner rotation.

Banners: An advertising banner will be a maximum dimension of 70 x 476 pixels and a maximum file size of 15k in a gif or jpg format. Each banner will be displayed on the appropriate page. Banners will be linked to your web site.

Tiles: An advertising tile will be a maximum dimension of 112W x 138H pixels and a maximum file size of 10k in a gif or jpg format. Each Tile will be displayed on the appropriate page. Tiles will be linked to your web site. Tiles may incorporate animation or javascript.

Text Ads: Promotional text will be considered in lieu of a banner and will be maximum of 180 characters in length, including URL, placed on three lines of 60 characters each. Price is as outlined above.

Custom Banners - We will be happy to design a custom tile or banner for your advertisement free of charge.

Guidelines
Internet Media Works! and the Austin Real Estate Connection reserves the right to refuse sponsorship from anyone or any organization or company. IMW reserves the right not to post banners or text not in keeping with the site sponsored and will in such case prepare appropriate banner advertising at the rate of $150 - $350 per banner.
