Austin Real Estate Connection Residential Sales:

The Austin Real Estate Connection is happy to welcome new members. Membership to the Austin Real Estate Connection entitles you to a listing as a member in the appropriate section of our site. It also allows you the use of our database to list properties. See packages below:

Individual one-time listor: You may list property in AREC for $35.00 per listing, which includes one photo OR take advantage of our bulk rate annual membership plans.

Office membership for up to 5 agents: Annual membership in AREC is $450 and includes a simple one page corporate home page, link to listings and link to agents records and listings, and unlimited listings. There are no maintenance fees. Certain conditions apply. Add $50 per agent after the first 5.

Individual agent membership: This membership assumes you list multiple properties. An individual agent may join AREC for $150.00 annually paid upon joining. A appropriately styled membership database record including agents photo, specializations and contact information act as a home page.

NOTE: Any additions or modifications to home page are based on $50/hr. charge and $90/hr. graphic design, if applicable.

Rate Overview:

Owners and individuals may list properties in the Austin Real Estate Connection according to the following guidelines and fee schedule:

Residential Listings (Sales or Lease):
$35.00 one time fee - 6 months, including one photo or graphic (includes one 6 month free extension). All additional photos or graphics one time charge of $5.00 each if sent to us by MIME encoded email in proper format or jpg or gif and required size of maximum 350 pixels wide, 72 dpi and 60 compression ratio for jpegs. Max. file size allowed is 30k. If we have to resize or reconfigure in anyway to meet specs an additional fee of $5.00 will be charged. $10.00 per photo if we scan.
