Membership Requirements
You have just become a member of Austin's foremost Property Listing Service on the Internet. We applaud your decision.
Items Required from all Organizations
The following items are required from all member organizations upon joining
Austin Real Estate Connection.
All items must be submitted exactly as indicated
in order to begin work on your web site and to give you access to list properties.
Organizations submitting partial or incorrectly formatted information will
not be allowed access until information is submitted in our required format.
There are no exceptions.
Corporate Data
Please supply the following information in an ASCII txt file or JPG file
(where applicable) by email, which by sending you are guaranteeing to be virus
free:
- Logo in digitized PC format or scanable format.
- 3 character acronym for your Organization - ________
- ASCII Text file of contents to be included.
- Agent Data file (see below)
- Keywords and paragraph.
- Executed Project Authorization Form
- Company Name ___________________________
- Contact Person _______________________________

Membership Data
If you have purchased a searchable membership database for your organization the following information will be used for it as well as for your membership login information for listing properties. If you have not purchased a membership database only some of the data will be used for login purposes.
Please supply the following information in an Excel spreadsheet with each member record in one row across. Do Not use columns for a member record.
Note: A charge of $250 additional expense will be charged to organizations submitting incomplete data.

the requirements outlined on the site will be accepted for inclusion.
$5.00 per photo per scan. Photos are not returned. No exceptions.
