Company Membership: Annual reduced rate membership is open to approved organizations or volume owners engaged in residential leasing in the Austin area and is not limited to licensed real estate agents or brokers. For information on becoming a member of Austin Real Estate Connection or to purchase banner advertising on this site please contact Gary Anderson in our marketing division at webadmin2@austinre.com.
Individual Member: An individual agent or owner may list property at $35 per listing OR join on an annual basis for $150 which allows unlimited use of our database for listing property.
Apartment Complexes: are considered as a Company membership. Packages for Apartment Complexes vary. Please check here for more details.
This service is not a multiple listing service and in fact is an on-line advertising service only.
